We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any service at any time, without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

To book our services, customers must provide accurate information, including their contact details, service preferences, and payment information. All payments must be made before or at the time of the cleaning service via our secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers.

• Payment Due: Full payment is required before or on the date of service.
• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion for a refund or re-clean.

4. Service Schedule and Cancellations

We strive to provide timely, professional cleaning services based on the schedule we agree upon with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment:

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrival: While we aim to arrive on time, Eco Sys Pro is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we provide the best service possible, customers must:

• Provide us with access to the areas to be cleaned (we can’t clean locked rooms or spaces).
• Ensure the cleaning area is safe and free of hazards.
• Remove personal items or valuables from the cleaning area.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by items that are not properly secured or disclosed.

6. Health & Safety

We prioritize the safety of our customers and employees. All cleaning services are provided using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products unless specified otherwise. If you have specific cleaning product preferences or health-related concerns, please inform us before booking.

7. Privacy Policy

At Eco Sys Pro, we respect your privacy. We will never share your personal or payment information with third parties without your explicit consent. All data collected is securely stored and used only for service fulfillment.

9. Service Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
